Refund Policy

At Academic Edge Australia, we are committed to delivering high-quality tutoring services. Due to the nature of our sessions and the preparation involved, we do not offer refunds for unused sessions once a tutoring plan or session has been purchased.

You may cancel your plan at any time via your account dashboard; however, no refunds will be issued for remaining sessions. We encourage clients to use all sessions within the allocated plan duration:

- Starter Plan: 4 weeks

- Core Plan: 6 weeks

- Accelerator Plan: 12 weeks

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule it with at least 24 hours’ notice. One missed session (with less than 24 hours’ notice) may be rescheduled as a grace allowance for Core and Accelerator plan clients only.
